Hi everyone. I am a skinny person overall. However, I have a problem with lovehandles.

I exercise every morning before work with Denise Austin on Lifetime TV. It's not real vigorous, but surely it helps. As far as my eating, I will do good for a week then bad the next, and on & on. I am cautious of what I eat, as far as fat grams, but.............I do love to eat!

Boating season, swimsuit season, vacation, etc. are all coming up in 2 months. Does anyone have some hints or ideas on how to get rid of this fat on my waist? Thank you.
