| Help a Teen who just started to exercise
Hi my name is Andy am im a 19 male teenager. I have been skinny all of my life and im 6'1 150 lbs. Im tired of being skinny with no muscle. I have been lifting weights and running. Im not taking any supplements. I am confused as what to do because i really want to get in shape and have a killer body, can anyone tell me what I sould be doing? I really appreciate it.
