| | i want a flatter chest
when i was younger, i was a bit pudgy.. and upon getting older and thinning out.. getting my weight under control.. i started exercising more.. yadda yadda. but what i've never really been able to do is get rid of the small 'man boob' area..
what i'm worried about is if i do the wrong exercises, my chest will end up looking weird.. i don't want a real muscular chest area, it's great for some guys, but to me, they just look like really weird boobs.. so i want my chest to be as flat as possible.. what would be the best way to accomplish this?
any help is greatly appreciated.. and excuse my grammar, i've been up a while.
