Re: Cardio after Weights
It's not detrimental to bodybuilding, I know alot of guys that do it, for some it works and some it doesn't. The reason I do my cardio on the off days is so I can have full energy for it and I have a full supply of protein and nutrients to pump into my muscles for recovery. I found that after weightlifting my cardio suffered greatly because I didn't have enough energy left, and it's nice to spread my workouts throughout the week so I get some exercise everyday.
Of course it isn't mandatory to eat something within an hour, but the sooner the better.
