too much? anyone else like me?
i usually take spinning classes 3x/week, 3 step classes, 2 yoga classes, 1 pilates class, and 2 scuplting classes every week. All in all - about 8-12 hours of group exercise each week. I have to admit i am a group exercise class ADDICT. I also train with heavy weights 3x/week. I am definitely not of eating disorder type, so no worries. I eat pretty healthily 5-6x/day and am just trying to lose 10 pounds that I gained over the winter. i started this routine about 3 weeks ago - haven't lost but 2 pounds. I do feel that my clothes fit better, more toned already. I want to look like a bodybuilder.
BUT am I doing too much? Don't athletes & fitness instructors work out more than that? I do feel a little fatigued sometimes but that should be expected. Just wanted to know what your opinion is out there and if there is anyone else out there that LOVES to workout and is similar to me?
