I am on my 15th week (I believe) of doing Winsor Pilates, 3-5 times a week. Ever since week 5 though, I've also been doing cardio on an elliptical 2 or 3 times a week. So far I've lost 6lbs, and it doesn't seem like much--I wish it were more, but I feel okay about it because this is the only thing that I find actually works for me! I've tried basic weight training plus cardio, and I didn't lose any weight... I think I'm going to begin doing a little bit of weight training as well though, and maybe it would speed up the fat loss. Good luck!
