i work out at a gym so i have access to most anything. i can prob guess what the suggestions will be but i'm up for them. i am kinda following the body for life workout where you do 12/10/8/6/12 reps (increasing weight) of one body part exercise and then follow it with another exercise for that same body part with 12 reps. is this the best routine to follow for legs (i do this bfl routine for quads/hamstrings/& calves)? should i do legs 2x a week? i'm trying to squeeze everything in during the week - cardio and weights and find if i miss a day it throws my whole schedule off.
