THE Dumbest question?

Ok, this may sound nuts - and petty - but is it possible that your ankles get bigger when you exercise? Feel free to laugh at me, I am.

I swear my little skinny ankles are now like stumps. Every time I look down, they seem huge. No, they're not swollen, just thicker.

I run, stairmaster and lift, so I'm sure they are getting worked, I just didn't expect them to "bulk"! )

Am I making this up?

Thanks!! Ami

Ankles are nearly all bone. They shouldn't be growing. Maybe your calves are shrinking making them look larger by comparison.

Re: THE Dumbest question?

Hi guys,

Yes, I agree, skinny isn't pretty. I'm hardly skinny, just have always had thin/boney ankles.

I thought maybe my calves were smaller, but really, they're bigger from working out.

I guess I'm just imagining it. Told you it was a dumb question
