Hiiii, I think I'm doing the right thing - but I jus want feed back from other peoples' experiences. I dorm, and in my dorm there's a gym. I've been going to the gym at least 4 times a week averaging an hour each time for the past 2.5 weeks. I also eat less than I used to. And drink a lot less soda. Altho... i still let myself have a root beer once in a while lol. I feel better. I think i'm starting to look better too, but maybe I'm just being optimistic. Well, just wondering if you think this is a good way to get started. Each time i'm at the gym I do cardio for at least 20 minutes, and otherwise I'm stretching or doing weights or any other fun things that aren't taken.
