| Re: The easiest way to burn 500 extra calories/day. Anyone know?
Do a search on "calories burned" to find sites that provide information on how many calories are burned during time spent doing different exercises. I found one once that had huge lists including different walking, cycling and running speeds.
Change your exercise/s around regularly to keep your body changing and adapting. Increase the speed, duration (up to a point), resistance or change your exercise session around. Your body tends to be lazy, will quickly adapt to what you are doing and will only put as much effort as it needs. This means that you must change what you do regularly - opinions vary from every 6 to 12 weeks - in order to keep progress happenning.
