The easiest way to burn 500 extra calories/day. Anyone know?

So yeah,

I am just wondering if anyone knows what's the most quick way to burn off 500 extra calories a day? and how long it should take?? I have been doing pretty much the same exercise for nearly a month now, and I would like to kick it up a notch and make sure I am burning at least 500 cals everytime I exercise. Any help on the subject would be rockin. Thanks!

Do a search on "calories burned" to find sites that provide information on how many calories are burned during time spent doing different exercises. I found one once that had huge lists including different walking, cycling and running speeds.

Change your exercise/s around regularly to keep your body changing and adapting. Increase the speed, duration (up to a point), resistance or change your exercise session around. Your body tends to be lazy, will quickly adapt to what you are doing and will only put as much effort as it needs. This means that you must change what you do regularly - opinions vary from every 6 to 12 weeks - in order to keep progress happenning.

It is impossible to give you an answer since the number of calories burned depends on how much you weigh as well as the intensity/duration of your workout . A skinny person will require a much greater (or longer) effort than one who is heavy.
