Question about my Weightlifting routine

Im thinking of weight lifting 6 times a week. I was wondering if i would still see results. Im thinking of doing

Monday: Biceps forearms and back
Tuesday: legs and cavles Abs
Wednsday chest triceps and shoulders.
Thursday back to Biceps forearms and back Abs
Friday:legs and cavles
Saturday: chest triceps and shoulders Abs

Does anybody think this is an ok way to workout?

Re: Question about my Weightlifting routine

Routine sounds fine but I'd suggest 2 days rest per week instead of only 1. Remember rest is crucial to muscle development. Lifting stimulates growth, rest and diet is what allows the growth. If you rest 2 days a week you'll be doing one workout once a week and two twice a week so just alternate them so every week the muscle group you work only once alternates.

If this works for you, fine. But I personally never lift more than 4 days a week, and I prefer 3. Rest is crucial. You will get more results in a shorter amount of time if you lift hard, then rest well, than if you just lift hard.

I suggest 3 days a week, 5 excercises a workout, 3-4 sets per excercise.

If you're training for definition/tone, you might want to increase this to 4-6 sets.
