Does anybody think this is an ok way to workout?
If this works for you, fine. But I personally never lift more than 4 days a week, and I prefer 3. Rest is crucial. You will get more results in a shorter amount of time if you lift hard, then rest well, than if you just lift hard.
I suggest 3 days a week, 5 excercises a workout, 3-4 sets per excercise.
If you're training for definition/tone, you might want to increase this to 4-6 sets.
