Well my abs feel a little wierd. I can feel 2 cuts or definition between each ab on my right side, but on my left side i feel only 1 cut on the top, and the bottom feels like one big ab. I was wondering how this might happen. I do crunches and i try to curl as equally as i can but i always feel the burn on my right side. Is there anything i can do to make sure the i workout each side equally?
The "cuts" in abs come from tendons stretched across the muscle, not from the muscle itself. There's not much difference in the way the tendons run in most people, and there's nothing you can do to change the shape anyway.
As for a six pack, dropping body fat is the only way to get one. Period.
