Hi, I've been reading everywhere that an hour of walking a day is good for losing weight, etc, etc. Well, I just want to maintain weight. Can I maintain weight by half an hour of brisk walking (4 mph) a day?
Long time ago I had ten extra pounds I wanted to shed. Daily walking did nothing for me. Once I started biking and swimming that's when the pounds started coming off. Since you want to maintain your weight rather than losing pounds, walking may do it.
