ya'll this is a stupid question but can someone please answer

okay so i want to loose about 7 lbs maybe and i was thinking if i eat during the day when im hungry and stop eating when im full and dont eat 3hours before i go to bed and walk an hour each day that i would loose weight? thanks 4 answering me

You dont want to do that as it will lower your body's metabolism causing it to conserve what stored fat it has.

Eating 5-6 smaller meals (about every three hours) will help keep up your metabolism. Helping you to lose those few pounds while you exercise. Walking is fine but something that pushes the body more is better. Like riding a bike or, better still, lifting.

It's hard to tell if you'd lose weight because we don't have any details on your stats or how many calories you take in. One key to remember when trying to lose weight: Eat until you're not hungry, not until you're full. Walking might have good results for awhile, but you may find that you'll need something with a little more intensity to keep the same rate of fat loss as said above.
