It's hard to tell if you'd lose weight because we don't have any details on your stats or how many calories you take in. One key to remember when trying to lose weight: Eat until you're not hungry, not until you're full. Walking might have good results for awhile, but you may find that you'll need something with a little more intensity to keep the same rate of fat loss as said above.
