tae-bo

what do you guys think about tae-bo? Do you think it would help me tone up? I also have various other activites that I do, so I do not rely on it heavily to give me results. Thanks for your advice

Tae-bo is really great. it gets you sweating, and it's not all that intense after you do it a few times. It's also great for weight loss, along with diet. It helps strengthen muscles (especially bi-ceps, lots of punching in tae-bo) and it's really great for your heart. Great.
