hey everyone, i was viewing this site today and found it very helpful so i decided to sign up. I need some help with a diet and the right exercises. I want to get good abs and a nice chest before the summer. I read articles about it and i learned that its not a matter of what exercises you do because you need to get rid of a layer of fat over your abs first. If any one could halp me out i am looking for what foods i should be eating to get rid of that extra fat over the abs, and what i should be doing to get nice abs and chest. A breakdown of breakfast/lunch/ and dinner would be awesome. (lol im a ery picky eater by the way so a big list would be ideal ) Thanks!
The ONLY way you'll get decent abs is to cut down (or out) carbs. Nothing else but this will work!! And don't eat after 6pm in the evening coz you'll wake up with a pudgy stomach.
Vary your ab exercises and REALLY put in a effort, push yourself more than ever. The '8 minute abs' video is actually really good.
Wear belly bearing clothes around the house to remind yourself of your goal. Sometimes winter sweaters make us forgot that our stomaches are protruding!!

I'm sorry, but this is completely incorrect. Carbohydrates are not the devil. They are not primarily responsible for fat. If you take in too many calories, you will gain fat. The only way to drop fat is to burn more calories or take in less.
