Help My Apple Body!
I need help. I currently do spinning 3x/week; tennis 2x/week and weight lifting 2x/week. I eat pretty well, breakfast is 1/2 grapefruit, lunch is either soup (clear broth) or a turkey sandwich and I snack on almonds. Dinner is always meat with vegetables and I may have a bowl of cereal at night before bed, or a glass of white wine.
I cannot lose weight in my mid-section. I see improvements in my lower body (probably from the spinning), but I have C-cup boobs and a solid torso and back. By solid, I mean it's solid, not horribly "fat", but I'm not slimming down there. I ordered an abs tape which I'll do three times/week to see if that helps.
Any other suggestions. I feel I can't lose weight there or slim down. Is it my diet? Please help!
