Qusetion weight or strength for basketball?
I was wondering whether basketball players weight train for more strenght or size so they dont get pushed around as much?
i am 5"8 and only weigh 133 pounds and have 9% body fat
Im just wondering cuz i play basketball and i get pushed around alot either because i only weigh 133 pounds or because I can only bench 160 lb and squat 225. I wanna know if i shoudl be lifting more for size or more for strength. This question made seem dumb and wierd but i was just wondering
Which person would more likely win in a normal fight? A person who is 170 pound and benches 225 lb and squats 300 lb or a person who is 135 who benches 300 lb and squats 400 lb.
Im not trainging for a fight I jsut wanted to know whether your muscle weight makes yo stronger or your ability to lift alot or weight makes you stronger.
