Heya guys. Here's my situation:
I'm 16, 6'0", and approx 175lbs. I want to get stronger, but don't want to get all bulky and stuff. I started going to the gym approx 2 months ago, and I've gotten noticeably stronger. Is there a way to weight train and get stronger w/out gaining any size. Like, which exercises should I do and how many sets/reps. I'm also wondering if diet a neccesary factor in working out? Like a typical high school student, I don't always eat that healthy, but I wonder if it may impede my progress. Also, I have quite a bit of body fat around my arms and legs and belly. I would like to get rid of them, but I find that cardio is so boring. Any tips on how to make cardio more interesting so that I could burn off my excess fat? Thank you guys.
