Sorry, but you simply cannot choose where on your body you'd like to lose weight. No such thing as "spot reducing". The weight (fat deposits) will come off from all over your body, sooner from some areas, mainly depending on your genetics. The general rule of thumb is: first in, last out. So, your trouble zones are the first places you gain fat and the last ones to lose it. Unfair, I know, but true nonetheless.
Eventually, if you lose enough fat, your trouble areas will improve as well. Correct eating (I hesitate to call it "diet") where you eat LESS than what you need to maintain your current weight, is most important, add some cardio to help speed things along.
