Well, I think I already know the answer (surgery)but hope springs eternal so here goes: is there any way to reduce loose skin. I run/walk/elliptical and lift weights over an hour every day but am still bothered by loose skin on my upper thighs and arms. I am sure it is from when I lost approx 50 pounds many years ago. So, I am thin in clothes but this loose skin is so bothersome. I keep thinking (hoping) that if I build my thighs enough they will take up the slack. Help! By the way I do not want to resort to surgery.
