alright. here it is...
- Squats
- Then you want to do jumps, like squats in which you squat down like you are sitting, and holding say a 8 lb medicine ball, propel yourself up(jump) as high as you can, and then back down to squat form..
-Do some strength training with bands or cables...
-Run doing wind sprints(wind sprints are most like basketball movements, start and stopping)
