Omega 3 fats.

Hi, i have a problem with a very tiny bit of fat that covers my lower abs, i run daily and work out, and i eat well. A friend of mine was in a very similar situation and claims that taking some omega 3 fat tablets 3 times a day after meals got rid of that last bit of fat for him, any truth to this?

yeah now i'm kinda wondering myself , any truth to this ???
i'd love to get rid of my love handles and the fat around my abs but i can't.
I got one of those neoprene waist trimmers for when i do sit ups and crunches and leg lifts but so far i haven't noticed any difference. i don't want to be slim and buffed but i would like to be able to SEE my abs. any advice would be appreciated

EFA's are definitely helpful when trying to burn fat. As long as you are on a caloric deficit, it will assist your body in using fat for fuel (not just omega 3's, but 6 and 9 also.) You can use capsule supplements if you want or for a complete Omega profile oil, check out Udo's Choice oil. I put a Tbsp into my protein shakes. Good stuff.
