Lady, I bought a book called 8 minutes in the morning from Jorge Cruz. Of course 8 minutes alone is not going to do the job, but the fantastic thing about it is that it gives u the exercises that u do for 5 days a week, picture illustrations and all you need are a few weights, chair exercise mat. I did that with the treadmill. Very practical, you can check out the book, the exercises are quite effective and by increasing the reps will produce better results. Also Tae Bo is great too.
