I'm 16, male, and im sad to say i got all the bad traits from my mom and the good from my dad. The only Italian part of my body seems to be my butt. It's not weak, but it is a little flabby, and i need to know how to get it down to all muscle. Any routine workout ideas?
P.S. i am starting to run 2 miles everyday so hopefully that works.
Running will get your cardio up but weightlifting will improve your butt....
Squats are a great butt builder for men AND women. It is also good for the legs, lower back and shoulders too. Helps firm the abs too. The Queen of the compound core exercises as it hits about 70% of your muscle mass. The other is the bench.
