Havent heard about this one.
But only a combination of a proper, nutritious diet (eating 5-6 smaller meals) and exercise that will force your body to work harder to burn the fat/up your metabolism....will help. However, as I have said over and over again...There aint no such thang as "Spot Reducing".
The body takes stored fat from all over to burn as energy. The places that got fat first is the last to go. Only time, patience, determination and keeping motivated will those love handles/stomach go.
10 minutes is really not enough time ....if at all possible 30-45 is better. However, any exercise that will up your metabolism and keep you active is good.
