Okay, well basically I have a tummy, it sucks, but what can ya do?(not be lazy ). Anyways, I'm lucky enough to have a metabolism high enough to eat whatever I want and not gain weight. Basically I want to start up with cardio because I'm disgusted at seeing my stomach. What's the best cardio I could start with? I read some other threads and some suggest biking, if that's a great way to go I'd like that, it's what I used to do all the time. And are there any requirements for this? Like if I were to bike, should I do it for more than a few hours a day, more sprinting than just riding, if either-or which would be better for burning more fat, sooner? I'm currently fluxuating at 185-190 I'm 19, 6'' and I'd like to get down to 175 or less without doing anything stupid and drastic like a water diet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Biking would be great cardio, but your basic idea about your body is flawed. If you have a "tummy" you obviously can't eat whatever you want without gaining *fat*. If you weight has stayed the same, then the bad news is that you're losing muscle while you're gaining the fat and that's causing a decreased metabolsim. Cardio will help, but adjusting your diet will make the big difference. You certainly don't have to starve yourself (nor should you even consider it), but minimizing or dropping the junk food, fast food, sodas and whatnot might be the key. All the cardio in the world won't compensate for a bad diet.
But to answer your question about how much to do, an hour or so is fine. If you do much more than that you may start losing muscle mass, so be careful not to overdo it. 3x a week at least, more if you feel up to it. If you're going for sprints, keep it limited to 20-30 minutes, but go longer if you're keeping a fairly steady, medium pace.

Alright, thanks for the tip, but the thing about weight, and as for my stomach, I've had it for sometime now. So I don't feel I'm losing any muscle mass at all, I regularly play basketball and such, but that hasn't helped me in the whole losing bf deal. So I just need to increase my activity a lot more, because this is really asinine.
