Yeah I can completely empathise with this. I'm 5'8" and 156 lbs and although I'm in reasonably good shape fitness wise (I can run for fifty minutes but very slowly

) I've still definitely got a bit too much flab on my tummy, butt and thighs. I'm starting to get back into it now though - funny how the thought of tee-shirts and swimsuits

motivates you. (No more desserts for a while!) I'm sure you look OK though - most people will just be full of admiration that you're actually getting out there and doing something !
