i try to do seated rows, cable pulldowns and bent over rows but when i do these exercises, i feel the burn on my outer forarms. is this because of wrong form or because my forarms are weak? wut can i do to correct this?
Alot of working out is about mentality. Try picturing the muscle you're trying to hit flexing and filling with blood. Also, when doing back exercises, your hands should just be hooks, not clenched around the bar. If you're using machines lower the weight a bit and try these techniques.
