Keep exercising.

Hello, Well, I had a lot to do lately and didn't have time to exercise for 3 weeks! Not having time to do exercise is a funny thing for me to say, since I'm always telling everyone, "if you have time for TV..You have time to exercise." Well, I didn't have time for TV either. Man, was that like being in jail! I gained 5 lbs., augh! It got me thinking about my family history...I have 3 sisters, so lets call them 1,2, and 3....Anyhow, my mom and sister 2 were and are 200 lbs. (My mom lost her weight from cancer, just before she died.) Sister 1 was skinny and muscular until she had to get a different job and is gradually starting to put on weight and loose muscle tone. Her new job isn't as active and hard manual labor as her first. Sister 3 is only 10% overweight, so she isn't very fat. I'm the perfect weight for my height and build. I thought about it and wondered why some sisters are really fat and others aren't. Mom and sister 2 aways went on fad diets, would loose some weight, go off, and gain it all back plus more weight. Moms and sister 2 never exercised! (Like duh.) That's the key...Exercise. I just want everyone to know how important exercise really is for looking good, staying healthy, and feeling good.

Last night I did 20 min. of Kung Fu with my son and 45 min. of aerobics. Boy, to I feel much better! I'm not cranky...I sleep like a baby...I can feel my body burning the fat and cal. Exercise rocks! By-the-way, I'm 41 and it is really important for us old foggies to get out there and exercise. Sorry to bore you all.

Re: Keep exercising.

Hey, not boring at all.

I was out for a week not doing any weightlifting...been busy with home and business to go out in my gym to work out. But it sure felt good going back in and spending 45 minutes in there.

Re: Keep exercising.

Well, I totally back u up in this point...

Exercising makes a huge difference for me in my weight-loss process. But believe it or not, the time of exercing makes a huge difference for me... when I exercise at night after I finish studying makes me feel refreshed and everything but it doesn't help me lose weight as much as I do when I exercise in the morning. I mean, i get people comments like "God, u have lost a HELL of weight!" a short time after I start exercising in the morning. If I can just get myself doing it everyday on for a long time, no get this lazy feeling in the morning, i think i d lose the weight I wanna lose real quick!
