Post Hey everyone, I have some questions ?

Hey everyone, How are y'all ?

I have a problem I use to be always skinny before getting on medication then for about 3 years i weight 178 and i have lost alot of weight not super fast it comes off slow and I'm at 129 right now and i still have this gut and I think all i need to do is firm it up, but the only way i know is crunches and I do them not even sure if I'm doing them right, is there other ways to lose this gut or tone it up ? and how long do you think it willt ake before i see some results ? thanks for reading this, God bless always

walking and hiking trails is the best way I know of to strengthen those stomach muscles, especially climbing hills on the hikes. the only way to lose the belly is to eat well everyday do not restrict caloires (I also have this belly but it is shrinking) and exercise for good health. bellies for many are caused by either poor diet (eating alot of junk or low nutrient foods everyday) or yo yo dieting, yo yo dieting builds fat right on the belly too, a big belly on someone is an indication of junky diet or yo yo dieting.
