Hi all-
New to this board-and have just started exercising 6 weeks ago-i bought the slim in 6 series-cardio/full range abs/floor work..etc.It really is an excellent program-it took all this time to really get into it..since i haven't moved my body in years-other than walking my dog/and cleaning house.
So-im not slim in 6 weeks-not that i planned to be-i have 30 lbs to lose.
I really just started getting serious..now ive incorporated the resistance training..etc
What i would like to know has anyone done this program and got results and are you familiar w/ Xenedrine Fx-supplements-i only take one a day to assist w/ my routine-its ephedra free seems good/natural??
I really got to stick to this-any feedback/support would be really appreciated.
