Actually i've felt very strong and very good right up until i had the teeth removed. I've been waiting till i'm completely healed before i start lifting again.
When i flex the muscles you can feel they're still solid. Just don't feel as good or have the energy I usually have When i'm lifting five days a week.
Which goes back to the original question, when you works out consistently and then suddenly don't for weeks, is it normal to feel crappy ? I'm thinking some of it has to do with diet and calories because the extraction sites are still open i can't eat anything that requires major chewing lol
