Just because you aren't getting sore doesn't mean you aren't lifting enough. The body simply adjusts itself to that kind of work. It's that way with any kind of physical activity a person isn't used too. Most people that are used to working out don't get sore from lifting so long as they have been doing it for some time. Just means your getting in better shape, it's a good thing.
