Question which is better : yoga ? kick-boxing ? pilates ?

i m 20 yrs old
but i m forgetful.
I feel like a senile old lady, yoga is supposed to be good for improving our memory right?

First, what is your diet like? That can be a factor too.

As for yoga, pilates, tai-bo or any exercise.....these will help most certainly keep your energy up and your brain working.

i eat
rice , vegetables, meats(chicken, pork), around 800ml of water a day
little bit of fruits
i like to eat eggs

Actually, all three are good in it's own way. I would do kick boxing more often than yoga. How often can you workout? Like, you could do kickboxing 3 times a week and yoga and pilates once a week. Yoga and pilates are designed to increase flexibiltiy in addition to your cardio and/or weight traing oh, and along with adding tone to your body. And, yoga is excellent for relaxation and helps you accelerate in your workouts. I am 28 years old and have also experienced memory problems. I found great benefits and results from adding fish oil to my diet, along with a multivitamin that contains all the b's. I can almost guarantee you that if you would take fish oil daily, your memory will be much better! The problem is that our diets contain alot of omega 6's and 9's which are found in our breads, cereals, and many of the foods we eat. The problem is when our 3 to 6 and 9 ratios are out of balance, that leaves our body out of balance too, like memory for example. At some health food store, you can find fish oil that is distilled without the mercury if you don't like to eat fish, even better, take it and eat fish, although not too much fish of course cause alot of it contains mercury too, but a little is okay. The fat content in fish oil turned me off until I researched it and found out that fish oil can actually help oxidize fat in the body which keeps the body in balance or can even help aid in weight loss on a low cal diet. Keep exercising and try fish oil, it helped me tremendously. I hope this helps!
