| Re: Exercise intolerance??
It is strange.
Having come close to similar symptoms .. try checking hydration levels, blood glucose and type of exercise done last time you exercised.
They are sometimes inter-dependent.
To be well hydrated you need to be drinking a min of 2 litres (0.5 gal) per day. More on hot/dry days.
If you've not tapped into fat storage during exercise and/or muscles/blood 's low on glycogen (after metabolism's revved up after exercise), pulse might go up as compensating mechanism. Ensure you've eaten (not just before).
Sometimes, type of exercise "trains" body to expect a certain type of exertion through cues, but actually end up throwing it a curve ball.
Pulse is a good indicator of how calmly body expects to deal with any situation[s] it's been coming across. Be sensitive to how high heart rates are during exercise (definitely keep from hitting your max HR @ 175 beats/min).
Other things to check are diet and medication.
This is uncharted grounds ... go towards decisions/advice that are safety/health conscious. Don't hesitate to go back to the docs.
Hope you get it sort it out.
