| Re: Weight gain food?
Since you can tolerate the calories, try to go for more fat, but make it EFAs (which are actually helpful in staying lean and hormone regulation) instead of saturated fat when you can help it. Some fatty red meat is ok, but you're just asking for health problems later if you go in excess. Fat is good for bulking because it's calorie dense and not terribly filling. Add avocados, nuts, different nut butters, but a Tbsp or two of Flax or Udo's oil into protein shakes (but NOT a post workout shake), olive oil to soups or salads. Like pokerplayer, you probably want to add muscle without gaining fat so you'll need to gauge how your body responds to the increased calories and nutrients and adjust accordingly.
How many times a day are you eating and what does your diet/workout look like now? What do you eat and when? And what are your current stats?
