New workout plan

I started working out in July and what i was doing was training the entire body at one time. Now that I have added more weight by the time I get to my shoulder excersize I am too weak to do them correctly. So what I am starting is breaking the body down in two days. Today I did benching, pushups for my chest and rows on each hand for my back. Tomorrow I am going to do curls for the biceps dips for the triceps and shoulder presses for my shoulders then the day after that go to the chest back excersizes. Is this a good plan that I am doing should I be doing anything else? Thanks

O yeah I forgot to mention that I do my abs everyother night as well, but my legs are fine because I got them in plenty good shape taking tae kwon do so right now im trying to get my upper body better

Most people group their body part workout days like this:

Chest / Shoulders / Biceps

Back / Legs / Triceps

Abs and anything else on whatever day you have the additional time.

Not that you HAVE to do it that way... but I'm sure there's a reason.

Also, you want to focus on the larger muscle groups first (like chest) before you do the smaller ones (like biceps). That way the smaller ones will be already warmed up before you start really stressing them.

Most splits I have seen group back/biceps and chest/triceps. That's so that you can really work and fatigue those muscles (biceps arde used in back exercises, triceps are used in chest exercises.) But that's just from what i have seen and done.
