The only problem with toning your legs on the days you run is that your workouts will have to be longer, and the days you do the upper body will be shorter, right? Although the idea sounds logical, but it's not good to workout for TOO long at one time. Personally, I do almost exactly what you do, like Mon: Full body toning, Tue: Step aerobics

Fri, Step aerobics,

Sat or Sunday nothing, but if it's one of the days, then I'll do full body. I guess you can say I'm toning my legs every day cause of the step when doing my cardio, also tones the legs. Good question! Let's see what others say.
