Yes, there are ergonomic chairs and cushions. They help will keeping away back and neck pain, but will not reduce, slow down, or get rid of "office butt." (I like that term...I forget what we used to call it.) The only way to reduce "office butt" is diet and exercise. (I'm assuming you can't get up to walk at work.) If you can, you could try walking during your break. Can the doughnuts, because they really do put a lot of weight on you. Try exercising at home. Back kicks and lunges are good for the butt.
