Me too! I think swimming is an awesome exercise, because like Zshock said, it's not hard on your joints, and it really gets the heart pumping. I too used to have the ability to swim when I was younger, but now, I don't really have the time to go to the gym unfortunately. Well, for one reason, the gym is a little too far for me. However, they are in the process of building a gym near my house....in that case, I may consider. Anyways, if you have the place and time for swimming, in all aspects DO IT! I think it's one of the best cardio exercises out there.
