do u guys/girls know any good exersises for legs/calves cause i have skinny legs i cant gain weight easily at all i've tried protien shakes and all that crap but nothing works and it all taste bad :P so do u know any good exersises
to add muscle you need protein and calories. Eat six small meals a day. Get a weight gainer. eat every 2 hours. Get plenty of protein in each meal. EAt 1 gram of protein per pound.
yes! Totally agree. Squats are grand daddy of them all. Put Squats are your first exercise, then hit them up with leg presses and finish it with extensions.
