Yeah I've become pretty addicted to it. I have about an hour at lunch, which doesnt give me much time, so by the time I get there, get changed, I have about 25 minutes to workout before I have to shower, change, grab a sandwich and head back to work. I do this daily. Provides a nice break from work...Sometimes I'll shoot hoops for a few if I've got the time. After work I go straight to the gym on my way home (stopping at home would distract me and cause me not to go sometimes). That's my cardio time. I generally do 45 to 60 minutes of hard cardio, basically at the end my shirt is 100% soaked and even my shorts have been getting wet as I've been working even harder later, pushing myself. I love the night workout because there's plenty of time, so its more relaxing, sometimes I'll hit the hot tub or steam room, and definitly shoot hoops, usually both before and after my workout.
