im thinking of Karate of Kickboxing, just not to sure which would be the best to do for overall fitness.

I wouldn't know which one could get you in the best shape. I take taekwondo lessons. It doesn't really matter which one you choose, you can get in great shape as long as you have the commitment to workout. I workout outside of class and it really pays off.

Take kickboxing. It's rougher, tougher and i'm pretty sure your instructor will make you do some muscle endurance/training. No kimonos and kata's, this is the real ****

I was thinking more kick boxing myself aswell. Alot more tougher and it should give me a good workout aswell. Who do you think would win in a fight between a black belt Karate person or a black belt Kickboxer?
