Naxis is right, and also, you can try to do a good stretch before a workout (if you don't already) like a runners lunge. And also, keep circling your ankles over and over again, till you feel like a burn in your calve. Then, you can just walk, then jog, and do intervals...but if they still hurt, just walk at a fast pace until you build up strength.
