help w/ love handles

I'm 5'8 and weigh 130. I'm not really looking to loose alot of weight because I never loose it where I want it. I have a short torso and long legs so when i loose weight my legs get way to skinny. I have no butt or hips but I have love handles that never goes away so I feel that I look unproportioned. Does anyone have a solution to tighten my waist without having to go on a diet?

That probably won't happen, but if you do some lower body resistance training and build up a little muscle in the legs and rear end, when you lose weight you will look more proportional. There's no way to target fat loss around the midsection, but chances are good that as part of your genetic blueprint, it's just the last place you lose fat from (and probably the first place you put it on.) Very rarely will you get any real or lasting fat loss if you do not change your diet. It's truly the largest factor involved in fat loss, but based on your stats, it sounds like adding a little lean muscle would help a lot since you definitely are not overweight.

Liposuction or apply for extreme makeover, they will give you liposuction and butt cheek implants.
