| Re: Can overstretching cause bruising???
When you strech out, the veins, muscle, flesh streches itself and the mini pores become bigger. The body has big veins, as well as little veins. The little veins are hairlike, they are very very tiny. Like your eye, you have seen a red eye? It is red because of the litle veins in the eye. As you strech, these veins strech along. Since they are tiny, they have no resistance, and they break causing blood to just leak. It is a partial internal bleeding. Blood clots inside the skin, making a bruise. Nothing to worry about. As you are streched, the veins will reform, but LONGER so next time they can just take shape instead of streching to the max and breaking.
