You are loosing fat but you do not notice it. Fat does not have to come off the areas that you are working out (ex: Work out stomach to loose stomach fat). You are loosing fat but on different areas. As you body need more calories, it converts some of the fat into energy to use for the working out. Work out more, and you will notice the fat going away gradually.
