Does anyone know of an excercise to tighten a stretched adominal wall?

I went to a plastic surgeon to find out fat wasn't my problem, but a stretched adominal wall was. I am 44. Surgery for me is out of the question.

Please help. Thanks. (I do cardio, weight train and ab excercises 2 - 3x a week, just lost 10 lbs and eat very healthy.)

my mother abdominal wall wan't fully closed after having 2 children, that was 28 years ago. she ended up going to see a physical therapist, and her therapist had her buy a balance ball, and tought her several exercises to make here abdominal wall go back to nornal
