Getting your stomach flat and toned, is a combo of diet, ab work, and cardio. You need to unfortunately have all three. Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day that are low calorie, nutritionally-packed foods. Meals more frequently reves up the metabolism and smaller meals don't expand your stomach. In other words...lots of broccoli, carrots, and dark leafy greens. Also lean meats like skinless grilled chicken, turkey, or salmon here and there. Drink a lot of ice water and stay away from the whites (white bread, whites rice, white sugar, and white flour). If you have to eat carbs, pick plain brown rice. As far as bread or flour, use only sparingly whole wheat bread and whole wheat flour. Stay away from salt and butter. Do about 25 minutes of abs either every day or every other day. Cardio every day.....run for half an hour. You should notice results in two months of being disciplined.
